We offer our snow retention system for various kinds of metal-roofs. Our system mounts with a clamping-system on the seams of the roofs.
Our snow retention systems are made in accordance with the expert regulations of the German plumbing crafts.
REES-Snow retetion system for standing seam roofs
Snow retention system to clamp on standing seam roofs. This thousandwise, mosttime in alpin areas mounted system was developed by our company. The patent is registrated at the German patent office.
Available as system for one or two tubes:
With double-tube bracket or with the bracket for one pipe and an additional heightening element (like picture).
Mounted Snowstops between tube an roofing prevent thin layers of ice from sliding. They could also be mounted later.
Made in Aluminium, Copper and Stainless Steel (1.4301)

Available in aluminium for one tube or two tubes. Additional security you get with our snowstop, which could be mounted between pipe and roofing.

REES Snow retention system for trapezoidal roofs
To mount with self-drillded screws on the upper part of similar types of
trapezoidal roofs. Proofing happens with a calking strip on the underside
of the holder and with packing washer on the special screws.
Available in aluminium.

NOTES:
With the clamping system no screws damage the metal roof. The power flux of the snow thrust is passed on to the wooden substructure (boarding and rafter) via lock seams and fixing bondings. For this reason, the snowguard-brackets should be installed on each standing seam.
For planning and assembling the snow retention system, some important considerations are necessary, to get a functional snow retention system:
Following data are necessary to determine the dimension (number of rows, distance of the brackets, one tube or double tube) of the snow retention system
- position specific snow load (according to DIN 1055/5, respectively indication of the engineer engaged in statical calculations
- roof pitch, roof form, roof dimension
- type of roofing, seam distance
- special facts like wind shipping etc.
